For Annual, Quarterly and Lifetime Subscriptions:

If you subscribe to any of our publications, you will have a full 30-days to evaluate the service and request a full refund within that time period.

****NOTE: THE TRIAL PERIOD IS 30 CALENDAR DAYS FROM THE DAY YOU PURCHASE THE SERVICE. THE DAY YOU PURCHASE IS DAY NUMBER 1. FOR EXAMPLE, IF YOU PURCHASE ON SEPTEMBER 10 YOU WOULD HAVE UNTIL OCTOBER 9TH TO CANCEL AND STILL GET YOUR ENTIRE REFUND. PLEASE ALSO REMEMBER TO TAKE INTO ACCOUNT MONTHS THAT HAVE 31 DAYS. FOR EXAMPLE, IF YOU PURCHASE ON OCTOBER 10TH ONE WOULD HAVE UNTIL NOVEMBER 8TH TO CANCEL FOR A FULL REFUND. PLEASE NOTE CANCELATIONS MUST BE RECEIVED BY 11:59:59PM EASTERN STANDARD TIME.

You have the first 30-days of your trial to cancel for a full refund. If you request a refund you will not be charged again for access to this service. If you fail to request a refund within the 30-day period, then you will be charged installment billing until you are fully "paid-up" for membership. These installment billings are non-refundable.

For Lifetime Access:

If you fail to request a refund within the 30-day period, then you will have access to the newsletter and membership website for either:

Your lifetime

Or the lifetime of our business

You will not be charged again for access to this service.

Also, in the event that Trend Trader Daily were to dissolve, the company would no longer be obligated to fulfill this service or issue any associated refunds beyond the 30-day money-back period.

If there are any problems or issues whether technical or otherwise with your service, it is incumbent on you (the subscriber) to make Trend Trader Daily aware of this issue. Trend Trader Daily will not be held accountable for inaccessibility of service if not notified of the problem.
